Activity: 02.10 - Transfer Staff

The objective of this activity is to actually transfer the staff in a staff take-over due to a local legal obligation. The actual transfer would normally take place at the date of Service Commencement. This could be a big bang or a Service Commencement in waves, depending on the proposed solution to the Client.

This activity assumes that all staff has signed the employment contract with Capgemini, preferably has been fully on-boarded and has received the tools and access they need to ‘continue’ their work as a Capgemini employee.

This activity includes tasks to be executed at the actual staff transfer moment(s).
